Volunteering

FOOD PROCUREMENT

​

1. Our grocery store donation pickup crews are in need of helpers (2-3 hour commitment for the pickup day).

2. We are looking for shoppers to help with weekly shopping (1-2 hour commitment for the shopping day; may be longer if an out-of-town Costco run is needed, for instance).

COOKING

1. We are looking for volunteers for a new weekly baking crew (3-4 hour commitment for the specified day).

2. At this time our cooking crews for each day are at capacity, but we keep a list of people who are interested in this opportunity as relief cooks for days that may be short of volunteers (3-5 hour commitment for the specified day).

MEAL DELIVERY

1. We are looking for someone to help manage a computer database of clients to make driver route lists.​

2. At this time our delivery crews for each day are at capacity, but we keep a list of people who are interested in this opportunity as relief drivers for days that may be short of volunteers (2-3 hour commitment for the delivery day).
